Privacy Policy

Last updated: 25 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected and processed on the website foresight2040.com (the "Site") when you complete a form on it. Please read it together with our Data Consent notice.

1. Data controller

The controller responsible for your personal data is Marianna Simonyan (the "Controller"). For any question about the processing of your data, or to exercise your rights, contact: marianna.simonyan@gmail.com.

2. What data we collect

We process the following data, which you provide voluntarily: your email address; the answers you give while taking the diagnostic on the Site, together with the scores, index and archetype calculated from them; and technical data collected automatically (IP address, cookie identifiers, referral and UTM parameters, date and time of your visit).

3. Purposes of processing

Your data is processed in order to send you your detailed diagnostic result and related informational materials by email; to contact you regarding your use of the Site; and to analyse aggregated, anonymised data in order to improve the Site and conduct research on professional resilience.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

For users in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation), given when you tick the consent box before submitting the form. You may withdraw this consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

5. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your personal data. It may be processed on our behalf by technical service providers that operate the Site and store the data โ€” including the website platform (Tilda), analytics services and cloud spreadsheet storage โ€” acting solely on our instructions. Where these providers process data outside your country, we take steps to ensure an adequate level of protection.

6. Retention

We keep your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes above, or until you withdraw your consent or request deletion, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access your data; to have it corrected or erased; to restrict or object to its processing; to receive it in a portable format; and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, write to the Controller at the address in Section 1. Users in the EEA or UK also have the right to lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.

8. Cookies and analytics

The Site may use cookies and web-analytics services to collect anonymised statistics about visits. You can limit the use of cookies through your browser settings.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, and material changes take effect on publication.
